"Be Happy, Be Bright, Be You!
Youth isn’t a barrier because… success comes with knowledge and wisdom"

Major subjects
Law, Psychology and Political Science.

Background
I matriculated in 2017 and went on to start my degree in special needs education, I completed my first year of studying but realised in that year that my true passion lies in Law and Psychology. I decided then to apply at St Augustine; the institute has offered me individually catered attention and a great sense of community amongst the students and lecturers. I am the founder and managing director of a students catered cleaning company called Campus Clean and I find motivation daily in my zeal to succeed, network and help others where possible.

Career ambitions? Goals:
I aspire to become a forensic Psychologist, working with the general public and helping those in need.

Youth isn’t a barrier because…
Being young means you have this little bit of invincibility. Being unafraid to go out, get what you want and maybe even make a difference. It is the prime time to learn and flourish.

Advice to potential students
St Augustine has become a family to me, the care, expertise and knowledge offered is unbelievable.

MASEGO MADIBANE

"Live in Peace, not pieces."

Major subjects
Literature, Political Science, Law and Communications.

Background
I completed my matric in 2016 and then took a gap year in 2017. My passion for law and politics steered me to selecting my current major modules; so many times we witness people being let off the hook because of corruptions and minor technicalities. My hope is to one day contribute towards influencing these factors positively in our society.

My greatest motivator is seeing my mother happy, I find fulfilment in making her proud, and surely I will strive to ensure her happiness where I am concerned.

Career ambitions? Goals:
My goal is to graduate and obtain an LLB, become and advocate, and work towards being a judge.

Youth isn’t a barrier because…
You can do anything you put your mind to.

Advice to potential students
You will get the right amount of attention from the lecturers due to the small class sizes. Our lecturers are highly qualified and offer some of the best career and industry advice.
