My work experience includes 25 years teaching Mathematics and Computer Science in Catholic high schools, 3 years as Deputy Principal of a Catholic high school, and 1 year at University of San Diego teaching Mathematics.

At St Augustine College, I co-ordinated the undergraduate programme in Academic Development of Research Skills for both BCom and BA students.

My research area is in negotiations in high schools and I have run several workshops with high school students and teachers on practical negotiations.
