Mrs Frances Scholtz

Lecturer

Ms Scholtz has extensive experience in the field of civil litigation, Magistrates and High Court Practice, Commercial Law and Labour Law. This is supported with degrees in both B Com Law and LLB.  Ms Scholtz is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa (Transvaal Provincial Division). She is also currently completing her master’s degree in Business.

Lectures in Commercial Law and Accounting for non-accountants

Research Interests:

Leadership, international business, strategic management, corporate entrepreneurship and organisational development

Current Research Projects:

Researching changing the perception of leadership through the discovery of meaning:  an appreciative inquiry intervention.
