At St Augustine, we have a growing library which contains almost 35 000 books. We subscribe to various journals in different fields and encourage students to use online journals and resources.
Throughout the library, there are many different study areas and computers for students to sit quietly and work.
The Grimley Library
This is one of the oldest libraries in South Africa and is housed next to our library. It contains many valuable books dating back to the 17th and 18th centuries. This collection was brought to South Africa by Bishop Grimley.
In 2012, we are undertaking an exciting new library extension project which will provide more study spaces for students and give us more room to house our ever expanding collection of books.
The library is open between 08:30 - 19:30 Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 17:30 on Fridays and 09:00 - 12:30 on Saturdays.
