Welcome to St Augustine

We are big enough to make a difference and small enough to care about all our students.

Our university offers undergraduate degrees in BCom (Politics, Philosophy, Economics), BA (Humanities) and BTh (Theology).  We have three Honours degrees - BEd Hons in Religious and Values Education, BTh Hons in Theology and BA Hons in Peace Studies. Our Masters degrees are in Applied Ethics, Theology, Philosophy and Culture and Education.  We also offer Doctoral Degrees in Theology and Philosophy.

We are committed to small lecture classes and giving our students individual attention. We aim for a pass rate of 80% in all subjects. Our fees are comparable to the State Universities.

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Knowledge is much more than a collection of facts. It is the ability to see the world in new ways; to dream of better futures; to create visions that inspire people to live better lives.
